Sharon Matheson Rector, age 61 of Spindale, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019.
She was born August 6, 1957 in Las Vegas, Nevada and was a daughter of the late W. H. and Ruth Wray Matheson. She was preceded in death by her brother, William Matheson, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Rector of the home, her step-children, Glenn Rector of Rutherfordton and Lori Rector Ledbetter of Bostic, her sisters, Sandra Lawing and Teresa Bright both of Rutherfordton. There are also a number of step-grandchildren.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
