Stephen Richard Hopkins Sr., age 63 of Ellenboro, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
A native of North Kingstown, RI, he was the son of Dorothy Hopkins and the late Robert Calvin Hopkins. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and a foreman with Ultimate Textiles.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three daughters, Lisa Hartman of North Kingstown, RI, Cynthia Scheller of Coventry, RI, Angela Hopkins of West Warwick, RI; one son Stephen Richard Hopkins Jr of Salem, MA; two brothers Robert Hopkins and Ronald Hopkins of North Kingstown, RI; sister Cheryl Duffin of West Warwick, RI; four grandchildren; Sarah Hartman, Ariana McComas, Savannah Hopkins and Isaac Hopkins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Tetrault Hopkins.
Memorial services were held at Liberty Baptist Church in Ellenboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
