Thomas Ray Phillips, 64, passed away March 21, 2020.
He was born January 6, 1956 to the late Thomas Wilk Phillips and Mildred Hamrick Phillips.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Patricia Martin. He is survived by one daughter Tammy Phillips and one sister Dorothy Sailor.
A graveside service was held at the Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery. Interment followed the service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Cliffside Fire Department P.O. Box 727 Cliffside, NC 28024.
