Tiny Johnson Jones, age 97, of Forest City, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Tiny was born in Forest City, and was a daughter of the late Aman McClure Johnson and Georgia Laughter Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Edgar Jones in 2010, and brothers, Clarence Johnson, and Junior Johnson.
Survivors include her son, Eddy Jones and wife Doris, her daughter, Patti Jones Hardin and husband Ken all of Forest City, her sisters, Frances "Tex" Toney of Forest City and Betty Lowrance of Greensboro. There are five grandchildren, as well as ten great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was held at The Padgett and King Chapel. Interment followed in the Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
The family request that memorials be made to Florence Baptist Church, Building Fund, 201 South Broadway Street, Forest City, NC 28043.
