As the flag in downtown Forest City flies at half staff in memory of all military personnel who lost their lives in a war, the R-S Central MCJROTC, presents the colors during the Memorial Day ceremony in Forest City Monday. More than 200 people attended the event in tribute to fallen heroes. In addition to those sitting, many stood along Main Street during the 40 minute ceremony. The Town of Forest City hosted the event.
