Two selected to Youth Shrine Bowl

Anthony "Boo" Smith #4 representing RS Central High School and Reagan McCranie #74 representing Chase High School, have been selected for the 2018 8th grade Youth Shrine Bowl North Carolina team, to be played in Matthews on December 29. This is the second time for both of these young men to be selected. The first was in 2016. Both are former Rutherfordton Raiders and have played along side each other for several years. Once selected each player is given a fundraising goal to raise money for Shriners Hospitals for Children.
