PrintVera Fowler, age 80, of Rutherfordton, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012.
A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Barzilla and Viola Gault Fowler. She was a member of Piney Knob Baptist Church.
She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at Piney Knob Baptist Church with Rev. Carrell Pruette officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Piney Knob Baptist Church Back Pack Ministry, 1229 Piney Knob Road, Rutherfordton, NC 28139
