Wayne Edward Millwood age 72

Wayne Edward Millwood age 72 of Rutherfordton, NC passed away on September 4, 2016.

Wayne was the son of the late John Henry and Lucy Lorene Padgett Millwood.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 44 years Patricia Millwood of the home; son Gregory Lynn Millwood and wife Shelby of Mooresboro, NC; son William Douglas Millwood and wife Margaret of Spindale, NC; son John Nolen Millwood and wife Naomi of Bostic, NC; son Brian Edward Millwood of Rutherfordton, NC; brother Franklin Millwood of Mt. Vernon Community; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceeded in death by a brother Donald Millwood and a sister Merita Huntley. Services were held at Glenwood Baptist Church with the Reverend Jason Toney officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery.
