William G. Moeser of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, February 17, 2012.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
William was born in Lake County, Indiana to the late Carl H. Moeser and Mary Sisco Moeser. He was a veteran of the US Navy having served during World War II and the Korean War.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Angela Hoover.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Moeser; three daughters, Susan Govatos and husband, Jim of Winter Park, FL, Marilyn Slevin and husband, Dr. Donald Slevin of Sarasota, FL and Carolyn Yoder and husband, Randy of Venice; the mother of his children, Marjorie Moeser Beni and four grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Norris Public Library, 132 N. Main Street, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
