William Orion Waters, infant son of Michael Waters and Samantha Gosnell, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017.

He is survived by his parents, Michael Waters and Samantha Gosnell; one brother, Nathan Waters; and his grandparents, Janice Gosnell and Wade and Lucy Waters.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
