On Saturday, November 3rd at Gregory’s Original in Rutherfordton a special event took place. “Crusin’ 4 Shannon” was a fund raiser for Shannon Shelton who is suffering with epilepsy. Over $3000 was raised to help defray medical expenses. The ride began and ended at Gregory’s Original and after a luncheon was provided. An auction, 50/50, and vendors also contributed to help raise money. It was another community event where people came together to help in a time of need.
