A.D. Hopkins, 75, of Forest City, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2011. Memorial services were held at the A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel at McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home.
Mr. Hopkins was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Pearl Adkins Hopkins and two sons, Donald Hopkins and Richard Hopkins.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Motter Hopkins; one son, Kenneth Hopkins and wife Denise of Mooresboro; one daughter, Joann Lamb and husband Bob; two step-sons, Michael Blackwood of Forest City and Kevin Blackwood of Texas; one step-daughter, Lori Suhy of Boiling Springs, SC; one sister, Sadie Lambert of KY; nineteen children and six grandchildren.
McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home is serving the Hopkins family.
