The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office recently honored Captain Chris Adkins with a reception to acknowledge his retirement.

Captain Chris Adkins completes 30 years of faithful service in law enforcement.

Sheriff Chris Francis presented him an engraved crystal, his badge, and his service weapon.

Sheriff Francis thanked him for his dedicated service to the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office, and the citizens of Rutherford County. The Sheriff went on to express that he and the services he provided will be missed tremendously.
