Aileen Dobbins Cooper, age 96, of Forest City, passed away September 17, 2021.
Aileen was born May 16, 1925 in Rutherford County to the late Zach Hoyle Dobbins and Ollie Davis Dobbins. She was a homemaker and worked in home healthcare for many years. She was member of the First Baptist Church of Bostic.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Lovelace; grandson, David Henline and nine siblings, J.D. Dobbins, Hazel Bailey, Wilbur Dobbins, Michael Dobbins, Jeanette Gibson, Earl Dobbins, Sybil Rausch, Harold Dobbins and Modine Dobbins.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Sue Cooper of Forest City;2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held September 22, 2021 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Clay Earle officiating.
Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
