Alan Brower Pentaleri, 85, of Lake Lure, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017.

A native of Saginaw, MI, he was the son of the late James and Edna Brower Pentaleri. Alan was a television producer and a member of Fairfield Mountains Chapel.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Karen Black and husband Rob of Dingmans Ferry, PA; sons Alan Pentaleri and wife Kim of Boonton Township, NJ and Dr. Michael Pentaleri and wife Sharon of Jacksonville, FL; seven grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret "Peggy" Pentaleri.

Memorial services were held at Fairfield Mountains Chapel with Rev. Everett Chapman officiating.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
