Alice Hawkins McGinnis, 66

Alice Hawkins McGinnis, 66, of Cliffside, NC passed away Tuesday, December 6th, 2022.

Alice was married to her best friend, Eddie McGinnis for 46 years. Along with her husband, Alice is survived by daughters Lindsey (Brian) Oglesby and Rachel (Cory) Hinkle and 5 grandchildren, 3 nieces.

Alice is also survived by her sister Phyllis (Scott) Houser. Alice worked at Nationwide Insurance for over 40 years.

Alice was predeceased by her father Buck Hawkins, mother Laverne (Bud) Hawkins and sister Karen Beason.

The funeral service was held December 10 at Cliffside Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Chastain, Cliffside Baptist Church Youth Leader Jerry Mathis and Rev. J.R. Blanton officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations suggested to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
