PrintAnnie Geneva Saine Sparks "Ann", 76 of Forest City passed away on February 10, 2021.
She was the daughter of the late Ed Golden Saine and Lillie Estelle Roberson Saine. Ann was also preceded in death by her husband Jerry Michael Sparks.
A private memorial service is planned at a later date.
