Arcemus Joe Wilson, age 75

Arcemus Joe Wilson, age 75, of Rutherfordton died September 24.

Arcemus was a native of Henderson County, married to the late Phyllis Wilson and son of the late Alfred and Beulah Burgess Wilson, a graduate of RS Central High School, a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a farmer.

Those left to cherish his memory include his sons David Wilson, Robert Wilson and Curtis Smith; a sister Diane Wilson and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of the life of Arcemus Joe Wilson was held October 1 at Crowe's Funeral Home. Military honors were provided by Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
