Free Workshop, Lake Lure Flowering Bridge: Stenciled Garden Markers, Tues. June 28, 11am, at the west (Chimney Rock) end of the bridge. Create one or more weather-resistant herb or garden markers by stenciling with acrylic paint on wood. Materials will be provided. Workshop leader and bridge volunteer Eleanor Bails is an experienced stenciling teacher. In case of rain, the workshop will be held at Lake Lure Town Hall. 828-625-2540.
