PrintBarbara Ann Dover Arrowood, 60, passed away on March 9, 2021.
She was a native of Rutherford County. Barbara was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Dover.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Jane Dover, daughters; Pennie Peplinski and husband James, Barbara Parker (Tinker) and husband Charles. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A funeral was held at Fellowship Holiness Church in Spindale.
