Becky Coffey Lawter, age 53

Becky Coffey Lawter, age 53, of Chesnee, SC, passed away September 19, 2021.

Becky was born July 22, 1968 in Rutherford County to the late Raymond Coffey, Jr. and Geneva Ramsey Coffey. She was a dedicated homemaker who loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Tommy Dean Lawter.

Those left to cherish her memory include sons, Leonard Coffey (Crissy) of Forest City and Tommy Wayne Lawter of Spartanburg; sister, Kathy Towery of Forest City; brothers, Robbie Coffey of Forest City and Richard Coffey of Cleveland County and 2 grandchildren.

A private graveside service was conducted with Rev. Ernie Cole officiating.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
