Betty Jenkins Oliver, age 89

Betty Jenkins Oliver, age 89 of Spindale passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020.

Born August 1, 1931 in Robbinsville, NC she was a daughter of the late Mae Loduski Jenkins and Edd Jenkins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Fortune Oliver in 1991, a grandson, as well as one sister and seven brothers.

Surviving are her daughter, Robin Oliver of Spindale; two sons, Steve Oliver of Palm Coast, Florida and Randy Oliver and wife, Jo of Rutherfordton; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, PO Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
