Betty Lou Hartman McKinney, 76, of Ellenboro, NC, passed away July 18, 2022.

Betty worked in textiles a majority of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Carson Lee McKinney; parents, Blanche and Marthell Hartman; and sister, Margaret Willis.

She is survived by daughters Dorothy (Glen), and Billie (Daniel), sisters Jeanette and Martha (Tim), brother; Darrell (Bernadine), and her honorary son; Brent (Vicki), six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren.

The family held a celebration of life July 22.
