Bill Cyrus Watson, age 81, of Buncombe County, NC formerly of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away December 1, 2021.

Bill was born December 25, 1939 in Rutherford County to the late John Watson and Aileen Copeland Watson. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Bill was a truck driver for most of his life.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, George Calvin Watson, Sr., Stanley Watson, and Howard Watson.

Those left to cherish his memory include brother, Frank Watson (Pat) and a host of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was conducted December 5, 2021 at Kistlers Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
