Billy Osborne "Bill" Howard passed away May 3, 2026 at the age of 96.

Bill was greatly loved and is greatly missed by his loving daughter Debbie, son Michael (Suzanne), four grandchildren, Jennifer, Carrie, Patrick, and Katie, and two great grandchildren Amelia and Paxton.

Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced at a later date.
