Billy Ray “Red” Varnadore, 55 of Mooresboro, NC passed away on Friday, September 16, 2011. A Celebration of Life service was held at the A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel at McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home.
Mr. Varnadore was preceded in death by his father, John M. Buster and one brother, Johnny Varnadore.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Diane Crowe Varnadore; his mother, Dorothy Melton Varnadore of Gaffney; one son, Richard Michael Greene of Mooresboro; four daughters,
Donna Michelle Fowler of Mooresboro; Denise Rimel of Mooresboro and Crystal Hewitt of Duncan, SC and Wendy Gilreath of Shelby; four brothers, Gary Varnadore of Spartanburg; Bobby Varnadore of Bessemer City; Jimmy Varnadore of Shelby and Dennis Varnadore of Gaffney; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home, Cliffside, NC is serving the family.
