Bobby Ray Moore, 75, of Hickory, NC, formerly of Bostic and Shelby, NC, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015.

A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Cletus and Nora Bryant Moore. He was a member of Brittain Presbyterian Church, a US Army veteran, and retired from PPG.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Winnie Freeman Moore of the home; son Kenneth Moore of Hickory; granddaughter Mallie Moore of Hickory; sister Ethel Savage; brothers, Carl Moore, Max Moore, Hoyle Moore and Joe Moore.

Funeral services were held at Brittain Presbyterian Church. Concluding services were held in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brittain Presbyterian Church Cemetery Fund Treasurer, C/O Don Barrett, 3046 US Hwy 64, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the Moore family.
