Brenda Janette Watson, age 81

Brenda Janette Watson, age 81 of Union Mills, NC died Friday, January 13, 2023.

Brenda was born October 9, 1941, in Bear Creek, Alabama and was the daughter of the late John Lewis Moon and Ona Gay Tidwell Moon. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Ron Watson, son, Brian Solesbee (Tonya), daughters, Rebecca McCombs (Eddie) and Kathi Dalton, stepchildren, Catharine Rohrman and James Watson, 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Billy Webb and two sons in law Larry Thomas and Brad Dalton.

A memorial service is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
