Carl Jay Waters, age 64, passed away November 11, 2021.
He was born February 10, 1957 in Rutherford County. He was the son of late Lewis Lee and Julie Elizabeth Waters. He will be joining his siblings Ronald,
He was the husband of Patricia Diane Waters for 46 years. Carl was a loving father to his children, Christopher Jay Waters and Misty Waters Rogers, and a devoted pawpaw to five grandchildren. He is survived by siblings Wade, Jeanette, Mary, Donna, Troy, and Jimmy. Carl leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The funeral service was held November 14, 2021 at Main Street Baptist Church with Rev. Dale DuBose officiating.
