PrintCarl Spangler of Union Mills passed away on August 15, 2019.
Carl was a Staff Sgt. in the United States Marine Corps and a master wood craftsman.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of fifty-four years, Patricia Spangler.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, PO Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
Crowe's Mortuary and Crematory is serving the family.
