Carolyn Pitchford, age 59, of Forest City, NC, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012.
Carolyn was born on September 17, 1952 in Richmond County, NC to the late Howard W. Pitchford and Cubie Rae Davis.
Survivors include one brother, Phillip Pitchford of Ft. Mills, SC; two aunts, Lorene Coffey and husband, Jimmy of Forest City and Lola Hawkins of Alexander. She is also survived by her beloved pet, Prissy.
Memorial services were conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Hospice of Rutherford County, POB 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
