Chamber of Commerce Shows Businesses How to Keep More Cash

The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce had another Lunch and Learn™ and the guest speaker was Professor and Dean of the Business School at Isothermal Community College, Kim Alexander.

The seminar was held at Ryan’s Restaurant in Forest City, and while the guests ate lunch, Ms. Alexander showed the business audience how their business can be profitable but still run out of cash.  In fact, aside from profit, cash flow for a business can be the most important aspect of keeping it open.

Ms. Alexander gave the audience a number of helpful suggestions and simple tools to help them to manage their cash flow and to  keep more cash in their business.

Lunch and Learn™  seminars are hosted by the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce every two weeks and are free to Chamber members. To find out more go to www.rutherfordcoc.com.
