Charles "Bo" Dysart, age 80, of Forest City, went home to be with the Lord Friday, May 19, 2023.

Charles was born July 13, 1942 in Rutherford County to the late Charles Dysart, Sr. and Georgia Moorehead Dysart. He was a graduate of Chase High School. Charles was a veteran of the US Army and served during the Vietnam War. He also served in the National Guard for several years. Charles worked for AGI for over 42 years and was the owner and operator of Dysart Wolf Kennel for 49 years. He was a past member of Caroleen United Methodist Church and was presently attending Grace Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Shannon Dysart; two sons, Shane Dysart and Ricky Dysart all of Forest City; grandchildren, Arionna Liberati, Amber Dysart, Skyler Dysart and a special grandson, Dylan Baynard.

The funeral was held May 25 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Pastor Lanny J. Funchess officiating. Military honors were accorded by the Rutherford County Honor Guard.
