Charles L. McSwain, 71, of Rutherfordton, NC passed away on Friday, March 25, 2011. The family received friends at Crowe’s Mortuary. Military honors were provided by the Rutherford County Honor Guard following the vistation.
Mr. McSwain served our country in the US Army and US Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Dura McSwain.
He is survived by his wife, Jacque McSwain; three children, Steve McSwain of Rutherfordton; Daneen Cochran of Sacramento, CA; John McSwain of Polk County; one brother, James McSwain of Rutherfordton; one sister, JoAnne McSwain Dills of Spindale; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion.
Crowe’s Mortuary of Rutherfordton, NC is serving the family.
