Charles Loudice Davis, age 86, of Forest City, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2011.
Funeral services were conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel.
Charles was born to the late Robert Lee Davis and Daisy Etta Dixon Davis.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Larry Davis and Allen Davis; one great granddaughter, McKenzie Lattimore; three brothers, Horace Davis, Hubert Davis, J.D. Davis and six sisters, Pauline Bridges, Viola Hawkins, Etta Greene, Catherine Nolen, Ethel Hollifield and Lucille Patterson.
Survivors include, his wife of 60 years, Katie Lou Holland Davis; two sons, Charles Steve Davis and wife, Rita of Ellenboro and Terry Davis and wife, Dawn of Mooresboro; one daughter, Janice Lattimore and husband, Eddie of Forest City; one brother, Clifford Davis and wife, Dot of Shelby; three sisters, Irene Brown of Spartanburg, Valerie Mooney of Cherryville and Louse Jones of Forest City. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
