Charles Ray Banning, "Vern", age 58 passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018.

A native of Rutherford County he was a talented mechanic and a son of the Late Charlie Young Banning.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother Jane Blake Banning, children Jeremy Banning, Jennifer Banning, Ray Banning, Katie Higgins and her husband Scott, nine grandchildren; one brother David Banning, one sister Anita Marlowe, and a number of other relatives and friends.

In keeping with his wishes services will be private.
