Charles William Hamrick passed away Monday, June 26, 2023.

He was born in Cleveland County to the late Buren and Grace Hamrick.

He is predeceased by his brother, Joe Hamrick, and sisters, Louise Harris, Daisy Wylie, and Elsie Dixon; and his son, Michael Hamrick.

Left to cherish his memories is his spouse of 64 years, Katie Hamrick; sons, Craig Hamrick and wife Joy, Kevin Hamrick and wife Angie; three grandsons, three granddaughters, and three great-grandsons. Charles is also survived by his brother, Jimmy Hamrick; sister, Evelyn Walker; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Charles was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. He proudly served his country in the Air Force.

A Memorial Service was held June 30 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 1301 Mt. Pleasant Church Rd., Mooresboro, NC 28114.
