Children's art class offered Feb. 25

The Rutherford Visual Arts Center will offer a student and parent painting class on Feb. 25 from 2 to 4 p.m. The class will offer two cardinal in the snow designs; one is for beginners and one for advanced painters. Canvases will be pre-outlined. Cost is $30 and includes canvas, paint and instruction. Reservations may be made online at artatthevac.com or in person at the Visual Arts Center, 160 N. Main St., Rutherfordton. The Rutherford Visual Arts Center is a non-profit organization which provides opportunities for artists to share their works.
