What a great time of year to enjoy the splash pads at the Pavilion on Park Square in Forest City. One mother stated the splash pad is an example of Forest City being "small town friendly." The splash pads are open from 8:00am-9:00pm Monday-Saturday and 1:00pm-8:00pm on Sundays. There is no charge to access the park or the splash pads.
