Cordelia Taylor Jones, 84, of Bostic, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2011.

    Funeral services were held at Campfield Memorial Baptist Church.

    A native of Louisville, Kentucky, she was born on March 28, 1927, a daughter of the late Oscar Edward and Cordelia Suggett Taylor. She was a retired CNA from Rutherford Hospital and was a member of Campfield Memorial Baptist Church.

    In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Jackson Jones; two sons, Harold Edwin Jones and Paul Edward Jones; one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Jones Rhodes.

    She is survived by her grandchildren, Karen Dotson, Teresa Hudson, Kerry Rhodes, Heather Miller, Taylor Steinmetz, and Micah Jones; eight great-grandchildren; her daughter-in-laws, Karen Jones and Brenda Jones; her son-in-law, Ken Rhodes; her sister-in-laws, Gladys Breedlove, Iva Lee Burnett, Ola Mae Whiglon, and Bobbie Jean Wagner.

    McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home is serving the Jones family.
