Craig Hodge, age 45, of Rutherfordton, passed away Monday, January 9, 2023.

Craig was born December 11, 1977 in Rutherford County to Ronnie Hodge and Barbara Byers Hodge who reside in Rutherfordton. He was a graduate of R-S Central High School and Isothermal Community College. Craig drove a semi-truck for many years and was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, W. Archie and Beatrice Hodge and Katy and Gladys Byers.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish fond memories are his son Shannon Wall; brother, Gary Hodge (Shellie) of Rutherfordton; two nieces, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends.

The funeral service was held January 13 at Holly Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Moneyham and Rev. Tim Hodge officiating.
