Crystal R. Brown, age 36, of Shelby, NC, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012.

    Crystal was born July 5, 1975 in Rutherford County, NC to Bernie Brown and Debra Campbell Brown.  She enjoyed shopping, crafts, fireworks and listening to music. She was a Methodist.

    She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Buren Campbell and her paternal grandparents, Bernard and Helen Brown.

    In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandmother, Johnnie Campbell of Ellenboro and two special friends, Jeanio Foster and Abby Hollifield.

    Funeral services were conducted at the Bethel Baptist Church with Reverend Wayne Toney officiating. 

    Memorial donations are suggested to the charity of choice.
