Daisy W. West, age 92, of Forest City, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2010. Services were held at Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Interment followed in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.
She was preceded in death her husband of 55 years, Henry West; her parents, Elijah Waters and Frankie Biggerstaff Waters and one brother, Grady West.
She is survived by two daughters, Merle Crawley and husband, Max, of Sandy Mush and Barbara Wilson and husband, Junior, of Mooresboro; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Caroleen United Methodist Church, PO Box 187, Caroleen, NC 28019 or to Hospice of Rutherford County, PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
