Daniel T. DeBow, age 92, of Forest City, NC, passed away Sun. Jan. 29, 2012.

    Dan was born August 3, 1919 in Trenton, New Jersey to the late Daniel V. DeBow and Florence Small DeBow.

    He was a veteran of the US Army who served during World War II in the Pacific Theater.

    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Elizabeth Seiler DeBow and his sister, Anna De Bow Schnitzer.

    Survivors include two daughters, Christine Klein of Rutherfordton, NC and Julann DeBow of Boone, NC. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

    No formal services are planned.

    Memorial donations are suggested to the Children’s Home Society, 635 S. Clinton Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08611.
