David Carroll Blanton, 75, native of Cleveland County, NC, passed away Friday, August 26, 2022.

He is predeceased by spouse Jimmie L. Blanton; father, John A. Blanton, Jr.

David leaves to cherish his memories his daughters, Sherri Lowery and husband, Shawn Lowery of Blacksburg, SC and Wendy Dendy of Fallston; mother, Francis D. Blanton of Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sister Tina and husband Lou DeRobertis of Pennsylvania.

He worked at Packaging and Solutions in Shelby.

Services are not planned at this time but may be announced at a future date.
