David M. Budgell, age 76, of Rutherfordton, passed away September 20, 2016.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. An inurnment will take place at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain, NC. No formal services will be conducted.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
