Dean Ownbey age 63 of North Clear Creek Road formerly of Rutherfordton went home to be with his Lord on Thursday February 9, 2012.
Funeral services were held at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel.
Dean was born November 19, 1948 in Rutherford County NC, attended Green Hill School, was a former employee of the Vocational Workshop and was a member of Clear Creek Holiness Baptist Church in Henderson County which he attended regular.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer B. Ownbey and Betty J. Taylor Ownbey. Left to cherish his memory are his stepmother Betty C. Ownbey of the home and a number of other friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Four Seasons Hospice 571 South Allen Road Flat Rock NC 28731.
