Diane Bailey Callahan, 81, of Rutherfordton, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023.

A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Hazel Moore Bailey. Diane worked in banking and was a member of Rutherfordton Presbyterian Church.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Andy Callahan; son Trip Callahan, daughter Allison Hunt and husband Shane, five grandchildren, sister Gloria Hodge and husband Greg.

In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brother Larry Bailey.

Funeral services were held December 22 at Rutherfordton Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Don Scofield officiating.
