Diane Keeter Phillips, age 71, of Henrietta, passed away, Monday July 16, 2018.

Born September 27, 1946 in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Lee Keeter and Louise Hawkins Keeter. She worked in textiles for many years and was a member of Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church. Diane enjoyed doing yard work and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-seven years, Jimmy Allen Phillips; two sisters, Janice Downey and Cynthia Bostic and a brother, Darill Keeter.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Anita Rich and husband, Jeffrey of Bostic; one son, Tim Phillips of Henrietta; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Alan Keeter and wife, Carla of Forest City and by several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Rev Ernie Cole officiated. Interment will follow in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery on a later date.
