Washburn Community Outreach Center's Richard Behrns (left) and Tommy Hutchins were among those working at the center week to provide food boxes to people in the community. Perishable and non-perishable foods are provided to families each week. The Center is open Thursday-Saturday from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The Center will be closed on July 3 in observance of July 4 weekend and on Saturday, July 10, per the summer calendar. The thrift store is open each day the food pantry is operating and there is an ongoing bag sale.
